Nikki joined SpyGlass in the spring of 2015, beginning her career as a member of the Business Development team before advancing into outside sales and ultimately into her current role leading Talent Management. Today, Nikki oversees all recruiting, human resources, career development, and employee well-being initiatives for the company. She manages SpyGlass’ Sales Development Program, drives company-wide hiring strategies, and builds programs that support growth, engagement, and long-term retention. Nikki is passionate about people and creating a culture where employees can grow, perform, and thrive. Her work centers on developing future leaders, aligning talent strategies with business goals, and fostering a workplace that values collaboration, accountability, and personal excellence.
Nikki graduated from the University of Dayton in 2015 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Management and Marketing.
Nikki resides in North Olmsted, Ohio, with her husband and their dog, Bernie. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, playing sand volleyball, golfing, and spending quality time with her family and friends.
