Owen joined SpyGlass in the summer of 2003 as its first employee, playing a foundational role in shaping the company’s growth and analytical direction. In his current position as Vice President of Business Analytics, Owen leads the strategic management and development of SpyGlass’ core service offerings — SnapShot® and SpyCare®. He oversees all business analytics tools and initiatives, ensuring that every department is equipped with actionable data to drive operational efficiency and elevate the client experience.
Owen is responsible for the creation of all client-facing analytics, and he leads the analytical team that produces these insights. His work is central to the development and refinement of SpyGlass’ analytical processes and procedures, which have become a cornerstone of the company’s success.
He earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Communications Systems Management from Ohio University in 2003.
Owen lives in Rocky River, Ohio, with his wife and three children. Outside of work, he enjoys running, attending concerts, and supporting his children in their sports activities.
