The IPM (Implementation & Project Management) Team at SpyGlass is responsible for presentation of findings and implementation of recommendations on behalf of our clients. It requires a high level of skill and polish to successfully interact with C-Level executives within the client organization as well as carrier representatives to accomplish desired outcomes. This requires direct communication with executives (CFO’s, Controllers, business owners, etc.) in order to educate and effectively communicate potential cost-saving measures as a result of SpyGlass’ telecom bill audit service. The IPM Director is responsible for conducting in-person and web presentations with the purpose of maximizing potential savings to our clients and revenue for SpyGlass. This is accomplished with direct personal project management with support from SpyGlass’ IPM administrative personnel. This requires skills in both business and financial concepts but also telecommunication technical knowledge.

Requirements and Compensation

A minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required for this position, along with 1-3 years of related business and/or industry experience. Prior sales and telecom experience is preferred, but not required. Travel within SpyGlass’ multiple geographies will be required and will be 20%-40%.
