1. Consent

Before we send you any text messages, we obtain your prior express consent. That consent is:

• Unambiguous — your agreement is specific to each type of message

We retain documentation of your consent, including the date it was obtained and the method by which you gave it, and can provide proof upon request.

2. Who Is Sending Your Messages

Every message we send will clearly identify SpyGlass as the sender.

3. How to Stop Receiving Messages

You may withdraw your consent and stop receiving messages at any time by replying with any of the following words:

STOP  |  STOPALL  |  UNSUBSCRIBE  |  OPTOUT  |  CANCEL  |  END  |  QUIT

Opting out requires only that single reply — no additional steps. After you opt out, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further messages unless you choose to re-enroll.

4. What We Will Not Send

We do not send spam, phishing, fraudulent, or deceptive messages. We do not use techniques designed to evade carrier filters, including spreading messages across multiple numbers to avoid detection.
