Steve Fisher joined SpyGlass in 2005 as the first member of the Implementation and Project Management (IPM) Department, where he refined the firm’s foundational client engagement process. Over two decades, he has played a pivotal role in transforming SpyGlass from a technology expense audit firm into a trusted technology advisor, helping clients achieve greater operational and financial efficiency through innovation and partnership.
As Vice President of Strategic Services, Steve leads the development of ongoing managed services, including SpyCare®, ePro+®, and Sourcing Management. He was instrumental in positioning SpyGlass as a strategic partner that delivers continuous value beyond the initial audit. Under his leadership, these initiatives have created scalable service lines that drive measurable savings and strengthen long-term client relationships.
Steve is recognized for his ability to forge high-impact partnerships, develop innovative service models, and align technology and financial strategy to deliver sustainable results. He was elected to the board of the Enterprise Technology Management Association (ETMA) and appointed to the Granite Channels Advisory Board, contributing to the advancement of the telecom and IT expense management industry.
Steve holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication Systems Management with a minor in Business Administration from Ohio University. He lives in Richfield, Ohio, with his wife and three children, and is a devoted fan of Cleveland sports and Ohio State football.
